DARTMOUTH ALUMNI MAGAZINE First it was the Greek Isles (2002), then the Dalmatian coast (2004), then France (2006) and now the '54 world travelers are heading to Spain and Morocco in March of 2008. Once again, John Fenn and Don Berlin, this time aided by Dick Page, have planned a sensational trip, highlighted by a week's cruise to interesting ports of call. At last report the trip was oversubscribed. John Paul Dabney reports a constant struggle with back pain--welcome to the club! Dabo's wife is recovering from a serious stroke, still unable to walk but otherwise functioning well. Fleur and Jay Chandler hosted a post-Princeton game cocktail party and welcomed Sally and John Heyn, Jean and Bob Adnopoz and Genevieve and Perry Davis, along with classmates of Sally Adnopoz Gendler'82 and Jennifer Chandler Hauge'82, who cooked up the concept for the event and similar future gatherings on the occasion of Dartmouth in town for the Princeton football game. According to Jay, ". . . some good times' exchange, catching up time with drinks in hand and some repast for the inner woman/man." In an effort to update our '54 e-mail list, we're asking anyone who hasn't received an e-mail message from me within the past three months to send his current e-mail address to: akane32@nyc.rr.com, with copies to Newsletter Editor Pete Barker at: pgbarker@aol.com and Webmaster Perry Davis at: perrydavis@perrydavis.net. Having everyone's current address will allow information to be shared in a timely manner by all classmates. Responding to many requests, we are now posting this column to the'54 Web site at the same time as it is submitted to the DAM, thereby shaving off over two months between submission and publication dates. E-mail notices will contain the link to the Web site, another reason to make sure we have your current e-mail address. --Anthony Kane, 650 Park Ave., #18A, New York, NY 10021; ( 212) 628-2147; akane32@nyc.rr.com
