WHEREAS: Eightieth birthdays for members of the Dartmouth College Class of 1954 are significant milestones worthy of celebration; and

 

WHEREAS: President Donald L. Berlin has decreed and proclaimed that the members of the Class of 1954 will celebrate their eightieth birthdays in 2011 and 2012 in Groups; and

 

WHEREAS: Said President has decided that one of said Groups will celebrate said birthdays in the Historic City of Boston, Massachusetts in 2011; and

 

WHEREAS: Said President has decided and decreed that said celebration in said Historic City of Boston will include a meeting of the CLASS EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE; and

 

WHEREAS: Dartmouth College will play Harvard University in football on October 29, 2011 in said Historic City of Boston; and

 

WHEREAS: said Historic City of Boston is a world renowned center of culture, art, science, education and gastronomy;

 

NOW THEREFORE, we, the undersigned, having been duly appointed by said President Donald L. Berlin as a Committee in charge of said Group celebration, do hereby declare that said celebration shall take place from October 28 through October 30, 2011 in said Historic City of Boston and its Environs.
