The Class of '59 Giving Tradition Continues ... with a Challenge!
- For the past three years, ALL funds contributed by '59 classmates to the DCF were directed to scholarships for the Class of 2009. If you are one of the 30% of our class who was on scholarship, you know how important these funds are.
- The tradition continues: We will have all of our current and future contributions to the DCF go toward undergraduate scholarships ...
- But, with an extra and exciting wrinkle:
- We have a CHALLENGE from the Class of 2009. Last year 98% of their class gave to the Annual Fund - their first year as alumni! We doubt they can do as well this year ... but maybe.
- So, we are competing with them to see which class will have the highest percentage of participation - this year and every year going forward.
- Our Participation goal is 68% and our Dollar goal is $259,000. Please help us meet these goals ... and beat the Class of 2009, whom we dearly love, but cannot allow to beat us!!
