Class Officers Weekend 2008 News

• Just came from a Class Officers Weekend lunch where 1960 received the Honorable Mention for Class of the Year (won by 1958, the 50th reunion class). We were cited for our stellar DCF performance, remarkable 70th Birthday Party, outstanding communication effort (newsletter, website, etc.) and other good stuff. Congratulations to all of us, but especially Johansen, Hasenkamp, Goodman, Daniels and Kohn, Foley & Partners.
• Ken has been elected vice president of the Class Presidents Association, next in line for becoming president of the presidents!
• He has also just been named this year's Class President of the Year!!!!! (Denny just told me this - I arrived at yesterday's award ceremonial after the announcement had been made, and our modest prexy made no mention of it.)
