Bill was graduated from Mechanicsburg Area Senior High School where he served in the student government; he was in the National Honor Society, Year Book, Glee Club, Orchestra, Band and Acting. He lived in Harrisburg PA at the time of the 2001 Alumni Directory. When further details become available, they will be added.
