Robert Titus Boyce, Jr. died of a sudden heart attack on March 6, 1998 in Clifton, N.Y. Originally from Johnstown, N.Y., Bob was a certified public accountant and a Principal Accountant for the New York State Bureau of Financial Reporting. He was an avid car and motorcycle fan and was a member of the local Porsche club. In addition, he was a golfer and pool player and had recently developed an interest in astronomy. He is survived by his dear friend and companion, Martha Haynes; daughters, Sarah Boyce Fasick and Susan Boyce and son Robert T. Boyce III.

CLIFTON PARK - Robert T Boyce, Jr., 55, of Clifton Park, died Friday, March 6, 1998 in St Mary's Hospital in Troy. Mr. Boyce was a graduate of Dartmouth College, and the State University at Albany. He was a certified public accountant, and was employed by the New York State Comptrollers Office.

Mr. Boyce is survived by his dear friend and companion Martha Haynes of Clifton Park, and by his children, Sarah Boyce Fasick of Chapel Hill, NC, Robert T. Boyce II of Reston, VA, and Susan Boyce of Guilderland.

Funeral services will be held in the New Covenant Presbyterian Church, at Western & Daytona Ave., Albany, Monday morning at 11:00. Relatives and friends are invited There will be no calling hours. Interment will be in Memory's Garden in Colonie. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 440 New Karner Rd, Albany, NY 12205-3890.
