67’s 65th
October 15 – 17, 2010

It’s finally here. You’re on Medicare. You get senior citizen discounts everywhere. Sirius XM started music channels dedicated exclusively to music of the 50’s and 60’s.  And you’re still ready for a road trip to Rock n’ Roll.

Have we got a ’67- style birthday party for you! Three free-form days to visit with friends, enjoy the Dartmouth campus at its glorious Fall peak, cheer the renaissance of Dartmouth football, re-create some famous moments and toast each other on yet another milestone.

It starts for early arrivers around 11 AM on Friday October 15, in Newport, NH at fabulous Baker Hill Golf Club. Golf Captain Steve Cheheyl has made it possible for us to put together 5 foursomes. It’s first come, first served, so get your 67’s 65th reservations in early.

At 5:30 PM, we meet at the Salt Hill Pub at 2 Park Street in LEBANON, NH for drinks, munchies, mingling and making arrangements for “dinner with friends” in and around town.

Saturday’s events start at 12:00 noon near Memorial Field with a 67 tent and box lunch, followed by Dartmouth – Holy Cross football. Post-game we hope to meet at the Smoyer Lounge or in the tent to celebrate victory and remember Bill and our fallen classmates.

Our birthday dinner is at the Courtyard Marriott in Lebanon, beginning at 7:00 PM – with cocktails, dinner, informal entertainment and a few surprises. And Sunday morning is breakfast with “old” friends, at the Marriott for guests there, or at the nearby Four Aces, unchanged for over 40 years.

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Courtyard Marriott, but you need to call them to make reservations (603 643-5600).   Our goal is to bring Saturday’s birthday events in at about $125.00 a person for lunch, football tickets, the post-game reception and our birthday dinner. Golf, Friday’s gathering and dinner, lodging and Sunday are “on your own.”

To reserve golf, email scheheyl@aol.com

To let us know you are coming, how many at the Salt Hill Pub Friday night, how many for lunch and dinner on Saturday the 16th and whether you will be staying at the Courtyard Marriott, e-mail Bruce Pacht at bruce.pacht@tphtrust.org.  A reply card with all of the activities is coming in your Class of 67 Newsletter, which will be delivered via snail mail in mid-June.
