# CarniVail is coming up February 24 thru 26, 2010. Rates are still good but the place is filling rapidly. If you are a skier, you should REALLY put this on your "Bucket List" as it is truly a GREAT TIME! Click Here for info page.
# On April 22nd, there will be a Boston Dinner for the '71's in the area or for any who are in the Boston region for any reason. Place and time to be announced soon. It will post here as soon as a decision is made.
# THE FAMOUS NEW YORK DINNER IS GOING TO BEEN HELD AGAIN. TIME, DATE, AND VENUE ARE STILL BEING DECIDED BUT WILL BE DETERMINED SHORTLY. WATCH HERE FOR THE LATEST. SAM CUDDEBACK IS WORKING ON A SAN FRAN DINNER ON THE SAME NIGHT. WE NEED GOOD TURNOUTS AT BOTH SO WE CAN HAVE A BRIEF DISCUSSION OF WHAT WE WANT TO DO AT OUT 40TH REUNION.
# OUR 40TH IS NOW IN THE PLANNING STAGES. SO FAR, THE OVERWHELMING MAJORITY OF THOSE WHO RESPONDED TO THE POLLS WE EMAILED OUT WANT TO HAVE THE REUNION IN JUNE. OUR DATES (CHOSEN BY THE COLLEGE FOR LOGISTIC REASONS) ARE MONDAY, JUNE 13 TO THURSDAY, JUNE 16, 2011; A MERE 18 MONTHS AWAY! WE REALIZE THAT SOME CANNOT ATTEND A MIDWEEK REUNION SO WE ARE PLANNING A MINI FOR THOSE AND ANYONE ELSE WHO'D LIKE TO JOIN IN AT THE TRAPP FAMILY LODGE IN STOWE, VT. BOTH JOHANNES AND SAM ARE DARTMOUTH ALUMS AND THEY HAVE SOME WONDERFUL PLANS FOR US INCLUDING WINE TASTING IN THEIR CELLARS (BEEN THERE AND IT'S GREAT!), COCKTAIL PARTIES, HIKING, BREAKFASTS AND DINNERS, HANGING BY THE POOL, AND TOURING THE AREA. THERE ARE ALSO PLANS FOR THOSE WHO WISH A MORE RUSTIC TIME TO EITHER HEAD TO THE RAVINE LODGE OR REALLY ROUGH IT AT THE HARRIS CABIN (NO ELECTRICITY, WATER OR "FACILITIES") IN ETNA. # We now have an obituary page up and running. If you have any more info to pass on to me (personal experiences or just some facts) please email me. Pictures would be a nice touch if you have them (reduce to 2" X 2" or so at 900 pixels).
