Dealing with Death or Catastrophic Illness:Learning from Experience (From the 30th reunion)
You might think "we're not getting older we're getting better" but as we age, new challenges kick in. We not only have to deal with our own health issues, but those of our parents & loved ones. Our classmates have already begun to confront these issues and some have courageously offered their perspective on this issue. This brief PowerPoint presentation outlines their experience.
Worth noting not only for the people involved in its planning but also for the advertising from the businesses in the surrounding community. Some of these businesses stil exist while others have been consigned to history.
If nothing else, the program is a snapshot in time for a college that existed back in 1977. At that time it was still a place very much in transition.
