Washington State:
Just thought you’d like to know that our 78th Night event at the Rovzar Gallery in downtown Seattle will go down as a huge success. We had eleven classmates (and several spouses) for a total attendance of 17 people for a night of great camaraderie and re-connecting. There are 20 D78s in the Western WA area so we achieved over 50% participation!
The folks in the attached photo – back row: Laurel (Bates) Preston, Doug Barham, Tom Castle, John Myer, Albert Greenberg, Dave Graham. Front row: Steve Preston, Rick Spier and Ellie (Taylor) Sheldon. Missing at time – Steve “the Deacon” Thompson. See my complete album on Facebook,
After a three hour reception at the Rovzar Gallery (owned by Rick Spier’s wife Patricia Rovzar), we adjourned across the street for dinner that included ten attendees.
Of the eleven D78s in attendance, I knew one in Hanover back in the day. Now, I know ten more! I’m a lucky man!
Hope you have fun at your events!
Peace and blessings - Dave Graham
