Stanford 2003 - 11/01/2003

Classmates,

A small group of smiling 79s attended the mini-reunion tailgate at Stanford/UCLA. Besides reuniting, laughs and libations, it was great that STANFORD WON! I think our little reunion helped. After the game, I had a delightful 10 minute one-on-one chat with Buddy—that was special.

Many thanks to Thayer for bringing great food and her family, and for the “Mags family” and Sue and her husband Kevin for joining in the fun. I’m glad that Dence suggested we tone down our expectations regarding attendance or Thayer and I would have a lot more leftovers than we do (I think I have enough beer left for a month….).
