Abby Baird, a highly regarded professor in her field and stand up comedienne, combines her two loves in a witty and humorous, yet scientifically based, presentation. The results from student experiments using the MRI machine on the adolescent brain and Abby’s presentation style will not only allay your fears about whether you and your child will survive adolescence, but keep you entertained as well. Those of us who attended a reunion planning meeting at Dartmouth this fall had the privilege of meeting Abby and hearing about the great strides she and her students are making in understanding the human brain.)
