Thirty three members of the Dartmouth Club of the Piedmont welcomed Football Coach Buddy Teevens ‘79 to North Carolina for our annual dinner. The dinner was held at the football stadium at Elon University, and after a sumptuous meal, those gathered handled Club business by amending the constitution and re-electing our current officers. Josh Bloom ‘95, a former recruit and player of Coach Teevens, introduced our speaker to the crowd. Coach Teevens then took the podium and talked passionately about Dartmouth football, past, present, and future. He fielded a wide range of questions, and the crowd gave him a hearty round of applause afterward. In addition to the dinner and speech, the Club held a silent auction of Dartmouth memorabilia with all proceeds benefiting our scholarship fund.
