Problems with Alumni Email connections
If you are having problems connecting to the "alum.dartmouth.org"
server with your email program, please send us a full description
of your problem and what you've already tried to do to resolve
it. Include your name and class, which email program you
are using, what operating system you are using (Mac OS 8,
9.x, X , Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000 or NT), and how you connect
to the Internet. Send your question to <techsupport@helpdesk.dartmouth.org>.

In order for us to better serve you, please always
include your name, school [DC, DMS, Th, Tu] and
class year. If you are having trouble connecting to your
Alumni Email account, please include name of your secondary
school, date of birth, major, Dartmouth ID# or the last
four digits of your SSN#. Also include a phone number where
you can be reached if necessary.
You should receive a response from us within three business
days.

to your <alum.dartmouth.org> email account.
Because all Internet Service Providers and all Internet
connection software are different, we are unable to provide
technical support with your Internet connection software,
modem or Internet provider. Please contact your system administrator
or Internet Service Provider for assistance with such problems.
