Dear ‘61s and families:

Before we know it, fall will be on us and another Mini-Reunion complete with fall colors , football and , most importantly, renewed fellowship. We hope you will include in your plans a visit to the Hanover Plain on the weekend of October 2 – 4 2009, for the PENN football game.

LODGING: A block of rooms again has been reserved at $162 + 9 % VT tax (leaf peeping season) at the Comfort Suites in White River Jct. which will be held for us until September 1. (Ask for “ Dartmouth 61 Block” (802) 291-9911.) Also, we are happy to be returning to the Sumner Mansion in Hartland VT under new management. (802) 299-0639 where there are 4 rooms.

We will regroup for cocktails and dinner at 6 PM at the Bistro Nouveau located at The Center in Eastman, Grantham NH where many of us are staying.

Saturday morning we will continue our tradition of meeting with the students whom we support with the addition of some of our 2011 students whom we are mentoring through to our 50 th Reunion and their graduation. We will have a box lunch before the football game with PENN at 12:30. Weather permitting, we will gather after the game at the Frost Statue.

Saturday Night Dinner will be at The Sumner Mansion in Hartland, VT. We will continue our wonderful culinary experience from prior years with a meal prepared by Christophe. Besides a speaker from the Dartmouth faculty, we will have students come to enliven the evening.
